Overview of Person and Assignment Information

Additional attributes are available at person and assignment level to support Teachers’ Pension and MCR reporting.

• Person – Teacher Reference Number (TRN) and TPS Temporary NI Number
• Assignment - Role Identifier

An employee must have both a Role ID and Teacher Reference Number to be eligible for reporting in the MCR. Do not include both these identifiers for a person who should not be considered for reporting. See Assignment-Level Attributes.
