Troubleshoot Payroll Process Locking Rules
Here's a list of likely issues when using payroll processes that have Sequence Validations or Interlocked Results and their possible solutions.

Can't roll back all records in the payroll process. | The rollback process doesn't roll back locked records. Messages are raised for records that are locked and can't be rolled back. Navigate to the Messages page to check if the records you can't roll back are locked. |
