Program Information Diagnostic Report

After setting up a benefits program, you need to run the Program Information Diagnostic Test if you have access to the Diagnostic Dashboard.

Also, you need to validate the program setup on the Manage Programs page using the Validate button.

In the Diagnostic Dashboard page, search for Program Information Diagnostic Test report. Here are the parameters you need to configure to run this report:
