Manager

To access the workers REST API as a manager, users need the predefined duty role Use REST Service - Worker as Manager. This table describes the role.

Allows users to call all the methods associated with the workers REST API as a manager.	Function, data, aggregate privileges, and duty roles that provide access to the tasks that a line manager performs using the workers REST API. The security profile assigned to the abstract role provides data access for the role.	Users can: Create all worker types. View non sensitive person information (such as name, work email, and so on,) of workers in their reporting hierarchy. View work relationships of workers in their reporting hierarchy. View and manage assignments and external identifiers of workers in their reporting hierarchy. View and manage employment information of reports and perform actions such as transfers, promotions, terminations, rehire, and so on. Users can't: View or manage other workers who are not part of their reporting hierarchy.	A line manager to manage employment information of reports and perform employment actions.
