Worker

To access the workers REST API as a worker, users need the predefined duty role Use REST Service - Worker as Worker. This table describes the role.

Function	Role Inherits	Tasks	Can be Granted to
Allows users to call all the methods associated with the workers REST API as a worker, such as an employee.	Function, data, and aggregate privileges that provide access to the tasks that an employee performs using the workers REST API. The security profile assigned to the abstract role provides data access for the role.	Users can: View and manage biographical, sensitive, and PII information for self. Users can't: View or manage employment information for self. Update their person number or manage email or national identifier information. View or manage information of other workers.	An employee to perform daily tasks of viewing and managing personal information including sensitive and PII.
