View all balances for accrual-based absence plans that you or your team members are enrolled in.
Intended user: Employee and line manager
Sample phrases you can use:
- What's my leave balance?
- Can you show my available vacation balance?
- Do you know if I can take time off?
- How do I find out my annual leave balance?
- Am I eligible for taking more leave?
- Can I take vacation in June?
- Show me how many PTOs I can afford to take
- Is it possible for me to take 5 days off?

Things to note:
The digital assistant doesn't recognize company-specific absence types and plan names. It only generically recognizes plan types such as sick, vacation, PTO, and comp time. So if you ask, “How many days do I have in my Acme Sabbatical Plan”, the digital assistant might not understand and might display an unrelated response. The digital assistant displays all plan balances, even if you ask about a specific plan balance.
