How You Use Skills Search

You can search for subject matter experts or candidates matching a job profile, from among employees and their social connections. Go to My Team > Personal Brand > Skill Search to launch a skills search.

Search Criteria

You can use the following key criteria or enter free text to search:

• Population: Search among employees.

• Location: You can search for people located at a specific distance from your own location.

For each of the search criteria, you can add new values, for example, add a new skill or a location.

Search Results

From the search results, here's what you can do:

• See the person's skills and qualifications

• Contact the person through email
