Guidelines for loading classroom resources using ClassroomResource

Use the ClassroomResource object and HCM Data Loader to create and update classroom resources for on-site Oracle Learning instructor-led training (ILT).

To verify that the classroom resource loaded, go to My Client Groups > Learning and Development > Classrooms.

Validations

Here's how the load process validates classroom resources:

• When creating a classroom resource, confirms that the Title, Description, LocationId, Location, and OwnedByPersonId values aren't null.
• Confirms that address details are available for the LocationId value.
• Confirms that a PersonId value exists for the provided ContactId or OwnedByPersonId value.

Examples of creating classroom resources

You can identify referenced objects using source keys or user keys when creating classroom resources.

This example creates a classroom resource using source keys.
