How to load learning assignment completions for inactive employees

You can load learning assignment completions for inactive employees using the LearningRecord object and HCM Data Loader. The LearningItemType value depends on whether the course is still in your learning catalog:

• For a course that's no longer in your learning catalog, use ORA_LEGACY.
• For a course that's still in your learning catalog, use ORA_COURSE.
