How to load external learning assignments to Oracle Learning

To load learning completed outside Oracle Learning, first load a noncatalog learning. Then load the corresponding learning assignment with a Completed status.

The LearningRecordCompletionDate value can include a date only or a date and time. If you include a time:

• Use 24-hour format, such as 2021/05/05 09:45:12 or 2021/05/05 17:20:03.
• Use UTC, regardless of the learner's preferred time zone.
