Guidelines for loading dynamic skill associations using EnhancedTalentProfile

Use the EnhancedTalentProfile object and HCM Data Loader to associate dynamic skills with Oracle Learning in bulk, including self-paced learning, courses, and learning paths.

You can associate skills as related skills, outcomes, or prerequisites. When creating a skill association, you can include supported skill attributes, such as skill level and the related skill indicator.

Here's how you can associate dynamic skills with a learning as outcomes and prerequisites. The file uses EnhancedTalentProfile to create the profiles, TalentProfileRelation to link them to the learning, and TalentSkill to associate skills with each profile.
