Managing your goals: Manager view

The new Team Goals Center provides an overview of how your team is progressing on their goals.

Click My Team.

Click Team Goals Center.

It also lets you manage your team’s performance and development goals in the same place.

Highlight the Performance Goals and Development Goals tabs.

You can focus on a specific review period and quickly assess the current status of your team’s goals. You can view the AI-generated goals summary to identify the goals that your team is currently working on and their progress on these goals.

If any of your direct reports has a team, you can use the Switch Team feature to view the status of their team’s goals. Use the Assign Goal feature to quickly assign a goal to multiple members of your team, or your entire team.

You can get a snapshot of each your reports, and drill down for more details.

This page displays the goals this worker has for this review period, a description of the goal, and other goal attributes. Click the goal title for more details.

Highlight each part of the goal as it’s mentioned in the narration.

The available actions for each goal are displayed here.

Click the Actions icon for the Reduce wait time for callers from 15 to 10 minutes goal.

Click to close the Actions menu.

From here you can also view plan details or add a goal.

Click Add.

The Suggested goals panel displays goals from various sources, including previous review periods. For example, these are AI-suggested goals based on the manager’s comments from this worker’s last evaluation.

Highlight the goals listed as Based on your last evaluation.

This panel also displays organizational goals, and shared goals.

You can add a suggested goal or create a brand-new goal.

In the What’s the name of this goal? field, enter Improve customer satisfaction.

You can also use AI assistance to generate a goal. After you enter a goal title and TAB out of the title field, the AI Assist button becomes enabled.

Click AI Assist.

The AI might suggest enhancements to the goal name, as well as populate the goal description and success criteria. You can make any changes as needed, and then add any additional goal information.

Scroll down to show additional criteria.

When you’re finished, click Add.

Click Add.

Click the Go back icon.
