Team Activity Center

Team Activity Center provides a Redwood experience for line managers to view and manage their teams from a single workspace. It brings together team information, analytics, communications, and management actions in one place, helping managers complete day-to-day tasks without navigating across multiple pages.

Using Team Activity Center, you can:

• Review team analytics to monitor workforce, retention, goals, and skills.
• Manage workers, positions, requisitions, and offers.
• View employment, compensation, and talent information for team members.
• Access organization and position hierarchies.
• Switch between teams if you manage multiple organizations.
• View a worker's Person Activity Center to review more information and perform worker-specific actions.
• Access Redwood-enabled applications.
• View assigned journeys and complete pending tasks directly from the page.

If you have multiple manager assignments, you can switch between your active assignments to view and manage the corresponding teams. You can’t view terminated or inactive assignments. Vacancies are also not supported in Team Activity Center.
