Order Care Skill

The Order Care skill enables customers to search for and view information about their orders.

Customers can interact through common messaging platforms or web channels to resolve any inquiries they may have about their order history and status, as well as being able to view line item status. The customer is prompted with typical phrases or questions that can be asked, as well as use natural language to interact with the digital assistant.
