Overview of Noncurrency Bill Adjustments
Noncurrency bill adjustments are adjustments of consumed amounts of services, such as data, text messages, and so on.
These affect the balance of what customers can use in a billing period. When these services are fully utilized, theseallowances may or may not be carried forward to the next billing period depending on the terms of service. These adjustments, above a specific threshold, are subject to approval by your manager. You can apply noncurrency adjustments to the balance of a noncurrency allowance.
