Oracle Fusion Connections

An Oracle Fusion connection in Intelligent Advisor Hub is required to communicate between Policy Modeling and Oracle Fusion. This web service connection relies on the pre-defined Intelligent Advisor data connector which allows Intelligent Advisor interviews to load, update and create supported Oracle Fusion objects and their children. Attachments and forms can also be saved to Oracle Fusion from an Intelligent Advisor interview.

Through this connection, the following operations are performed:

  • a check is made to see if the service is up and running whenever you visit the Connections page in Intelligent Advisor Hub, or access the list of connections in Policy Modeling

  • metadata about the available objects is retrieved from Oracle Fusion whenever an Oracle Fusion connection is selected in Policy Modeling

  • mapped in data is loaded from Oracle Fusion when an Intelligent Advisor interview is loaded

  • mapped out data is saved to Oracle Fusion when an Intelligent Advisor interview is submitted
