Download Service Usage Metrics In Intelligent Advisor Hub

Connections administrators can download billable usage volumes in Intelligent Advisor Hub for Intelligent Advisor Tier 3 Sessions, Agents, Enterprise Assessments, Interactions and Workers (Employees). This enables administrators to understand consumed volumes for Intelligent Advisor product SKUs, and to see running totals to understand pooled quantities consumed since the subscription began.

Note: Service usage data will take up to 72 hours to appear. To see data activity for the past 72 hours you can use the relevant deployment statistics charts. Service usage metrics are not available in test-type Hubs.

To download service usage metrics:

  1. In Intelligent Advisor Hub, click the user menu at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select Download service usage metrics
  3. In the Download service usage metrics dialog:
    • The Subscription start date field will display the billing start date for the site. If it is not pre-loaded, enter the start date manually.
    • In the Usage period drop-down, select:
      • From subscription start date, or
      • All for all available history.
    • (Optional) Select the Show connected agents checkbox if you want to see the connected (concurrent) agent count instead of the distinct (named) agent count.
  4. Click Download.

    The file will be downloaded as a CSV (comma-separated value) file which can be opened in Microsoft Excel (or any application supporting CSV file format).

The following table shows the information that is included in the file (depending on the subscription).
