Feature availability for Intelligent Advisor Cloud Service products

An Intelligent Advisor Cloud Service site is provisioned with the first purchase of any of the following:

  • Oracle RightNow Universal Policy Automation Tier 3 Sessions (T3Sessions)
  • Oracle Policy Automation Agent Cloud Service (Agents)
  • Oracle Policy Automation Enterprise Assessment API Cloud Service (AssessAPI)
  • Oracle Policy Automation for Workers Cloud Service (AllEmployees) - discontinued
  • Oracle Intelligent Advisor Interactions (Interactions)

Table 1 lists feature availability for each of the above. The Y value in a column means that the feature is available with the specified product; a dash means that it is unavailable. It also shows where Oracle Policy Automation Collaboration Cloud Service (Collab) is available as an extra cost add-on option to enable additional functionality.

The table below describes only what features are available with each Intelligent Advisor Cloud Service offering. For specific cloud service usage limitations, consult Oracle Customer Service and Support Cloud Services Descriptions and Metrics.

Except as noted below, a single Intelligent Advisor Cloud Service site can be licensed for any combination of these offerings.

Note that every interview counts towards billable activity even if the connected application prevents an interview from loading. For example, if a web service connector enforces user access restrictions or performs data validation during the launch of an interview. Similarly, every case processed by a web service is counted, even for cases where the supplied data is invalid.

Non-metered consumption of Intelligent Advisor Interactions

Non-metered consumption of Intelligent Advisor Interactions is available for agents logged into Oracle Fusion. This applies when all of the following are true:

  • The Fusion agent user is interacting with an Intelligent Advisor interview that is embedded in Fusion via one of the supported mechanisms

  • The Intelligent Advisor interview is connected to Fusion via a standard Oracle Fusion connection (does not include connections via Oracle Integration)

  • The agent user has been authorized for access to one of these editions:

    • Oracle Fusion Sales Enterprise

    • Oracle Fusion Sales Premium

    • Oracle Fusion Service Enterprise

    • Oracle Fusion Sales and Service Premium Cloud Service

    • Oracle Fusion Sales and Service Enterprise Cloud Service

    • Oracle Fusion Sales and Service Standard Cloud Service

    • Oracle Fusion Sales and Service Limited Cloud Service

Permitted combinations of Intelligent Advisor Cloud Service products

Intelligent Advisor is designed to be the central policy solution for all your enterprise use cases. So, in most cases, the Intelligent Advisor products above can be purchased in any combination, resulting in all the corresponding features being available in a single Intelligent Advisor site:

T3Sessions: compatible with Agents, AssessAPI and AllEmployees

Agents: compatible with T3Sessions and AssessAPI.

AssessAPI: compatible with T3Sessions and Agents

AllEmployees: compatible with T3Sessions and AssessAPI. Not compatible with Agents or Interactions.

Interactions: not compatible with any other Intelligent Advisor products
