Share a Project with Others
Decision service, template and flow projects can be easily shared with others. There are several ways to do this:
-
You can provide stakeholders with the Hub URL for a project so that they can review and edit the rules and contract as required. For example, http://{your_site_interface}/opa-hub/manager/project/Travel%20Compensation. Note that:
-
The stakeholder will need an account for that Hub with an Author or Manager role to be able to access the project.
-
You can provide a stakeholder with a specific version of a project by including the version number at the end of the URL. For example, http://{your_site_interface}/opa-hub/manager/project/Travel%20Compensation/12, would open Version 12 of the Travel Compensation decision service project.
-
-
You can export your project from your Hub and provide another user with the JSON file to import into their Hub for viewing and editing. Note that:
-
That user will need an account with the Manager role in their Hub in order to import the project.
-
-
For a deployed decision service project, you can share it across workspaces by selecting All workspaces in the Allow references from drop-down list on the deployment details page in your Hub.
Policy Modeling projects can be shared as follows:
-
You can use the Projects page in Intelligent Advisor Hub to locate and download the relevant version of a project for sharing. This is useful when sharing with a user who is not connected to Intelligent Advisor Hub. The downloaded ZIP file will not have any Intelligent Advisor Hub associations. For more information, see Download a Project Version. (Users who are connected to Intelligent Advisor Hub, can get their own working copy of the project directly from the Hub Projects button in Policy Modeling.)
-
You can create a copy of a Policy Modeling project from within Policy Modeling. The project is saved as a ZIP file. The file does not have any Intelligent Advisor Hub associations. For more information, see Share a Copy of a Project.
