9 View and Manage Incidents
Incident reports identify issues that require your attention.
View the Incidents List
The incidents list displays incident information.
Click the Menu (
) icon, and then click Incidents.

Search for an Incident
Use a search filter to locate a specific incident.
- Click Menu
, and then click Incidents.
- Click Filter
.
- Select one of these options in the first list:
- Show All: Select this option to display all incidents.
- Priority: Select this option to search for a incidents by their priority.
- Reported Time: Select this option to search for a incidents by their reporting time.
- Last Edited: Select this option to search for a incidents by the their last edited time.
- Status: Select this option to search for incidents by their status.
- Type: Select this option to search for incidents by their type.
- Summary: Select this option to search for incidents by their summary.
- Select one of these options in the second list:
- is: Select this option to search for an incident with a specific priority, status, or type.
- is not: Select this option to search for an incident by excluding a specific priority, status, or type.
- before: Select this option to search for an incident that was reported or last edited before a specific date.
- after: Select this option to search for an incident that was reported or last edited after a specific date.
- starts with: Select this option to search for an incident using a full or partial search phrase. For example, you can locate the incident Noise Hazard by searching for N, No, or Noise.
- matches: Select this option to search for an incident using an exact match. For example, to locate the incident Noise Hazard, enter Noise Hazard in the search field.
- does not match: Select this option to search for an incident by excluding the search criteria you enter. For example, entering Noise Hazard returns all incidents except Noise Hazard.
- Enter or select the search parameters in the third field.
- (Optional) Click the Add (
) or Remove (
) icons to add or remove search filters.
- (Optional) Click Clear Search to remove the search filters.
Sort the Incident List
Sort the incident list to group incidents by status, priority, type, reported time, last edited, or summary.
- Click the Menu (
) icon, and then click Incidents.
- Use one of these methods to sort the incidents:
- Click the Sort arrow
in a column header to sort the incident list. Clicking the arrow toggles the sort order between ascending and descending.
- Right-click in a column, click Sort, and then select Sort Ascending or Sort Descending.
- Click the Sort arrow
View Incident Details in the Map View
In the map view, incidents are represented by a circle with an integer value. In the map view, incidents in close geographic proximity are represented by a circle with an integer value. Clicking the circle automatically increases the map magnification and displays the individual incidents that form the cluster.
- Click the Menu (
) icon, and then click Map.
- Select Incidents on the Personnel tab at the bottom of the map view.
- Click Zoom Out (
) until it reaches its maximum setting and all continents are visible.
- Click the incident icon until individual incident icons appear, click an incident icon, and then click View (
) to view details for the specific incident.
- Click the map to return to the map view.
