Before you begin: Plan your Oracle Responsys usage

Before you create service environments, we recommend creating a worksheet that maps the accounts to their settings, such as the time zone, the default customer hosted reply-to address, the industry vertical data model, and the add-ons that you want to apply to each account. You will need this when you create each Oracle Responsys service environment.

Tip: If you are unable to complete a planning worksheet because you don't know what your organization has purchased, you can verify that information after you complete Step 1: Activate your Oracle Public Cloud Services account and log in to Oracle Cloud Dashboard. After you log in to Oracle Cloud, click the Responsys service tile, and then click the Resource quota tab. You should see all of the items your organization has purchased, and also the quantities purchased.

For more information about the various settings you'll be asked to choose, review the topic Step 2: Create Oracle Responsys service environments before completing this spreadsheet.

For example, if your organization purchased a main account, 2 additional accounts, 3 transactional messaging add-ons, and 25 additional unique user account add-ons, your worksheet may look something like the following:

  Base Interaction account:
