Custom activities
Custom activities allow you to track engagement of members.
Note: Custom activities can be used to track other brand-related behaviors to increase engagement.
Custom activities allow you to get creative. Use custom activities to award members points for actions taken or tracked outside of the rewards dashboard. These activities also allow you to tie any additional more gamified experiences that the brand may be planning back to loyalty. You can also use custom activities to extend partner relationships by offering partner specific activities.
Example: You can award members points for reading content on a website by creating a custom activity with the desired point value. This custom activity could also be set up to award points to members upon click. For example, members can click out of the website and earn points instantly. Custom activities provide a lot of flexibility for awarding members.
The Custom page lists all custom activities that have been configured. To quickly find the custom activity you are looking for, use the search and the dropdowns to narrow the list of results.
