Adding segment groups

Segment groups allow you to combine multiple segments (using AND or OR operator).

Note: You are allowed a maximum of 10 segment groups.

To add a segment group:

1. In Control Center, navigate to Data > Segmentation > Segment Groups.
2. Click Add Segment Group.

3. Configure the details for your segment group:

   • Name: Specify a name for the segment group.
   • Description: Provide a description for the segment group.
   • Segments: Specify the segments applicable for this segment group. You can add additional segment groups by clicking Add Segment. Choose whether the segment group shall be built using Any or All of the segments listed.
     • Any: The segment group will contain members that appears in any of the listed segments (i.e. OR operator).
     • All: The segment group will only contain members that appear in all of the listed segments (i.e. AND operator).
4. Click Create.
