Users

The Users area of CrowdTwist allows you to control access to all features that can be managed in the Control Center. Features can be completely restricted, limited to read-only access, or full access granted.

You have the ability to create admin users that can create additional users and assign permission settings within your organization.

For example, you may want to create the following roles in your organization:

  • admins - manage users and have full access
  • customer service reps - access to member care
  • data analysts - access to reporting
  • junior personnel - read only access
