Creating Alerts

Enabling Alerts lets you specify up to ten email addresses to receive an automated email when your inventory of rewards gets low.

Important: The Alerts permission will control who can set alerts and set/unset values for Inventory threshold.

To create an alert:

  1. In Control Center, navigate to Settings > Alerts.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click Enabled for the alerts you want sent.
    • Low Reward Quantity: In the When any reward quantity reaches field, enter the number of reward units to establish the threshold.

      Emailed alerts are sent when the quantity of rewards reaches this threshold or goes below it. This threshold can be overridden at the reward level.

    • Code File Processing Error

      Emailed alerts are sent if the code file upload fails due to errors.

  4. In the Send emails to field, enter up to ten email addresses to receive emailed alerts.

  5. Click Update.
