Automatic Opportunity Qualification
Important: Oracle Guided Campaigns is only available if you have purchased licenses. For Standard and Enterprise Eloqua trims, you are entitled to 5 and 10 free licenses respectively. If you require additional licenses, or are on Eloqua Basic, please contact your account representative for more information.
Oracle Guided Campaigns assists you in promoting your engaged contacts for automatic Opportunity qualification.
When creating an Oracle Guided Campaigns campaign, the Opportunity Qualification Process step allows you to automatically listen for campaign responses from the contacts in the campaign.
Enabling this step in the campaign will create a new shared filter in Oracle Eloqua. This shared filter will evaluate the campaign's responses and those contact's that responded into your designated program, to synchronize them with your CRM.
A template for the Automatic Opportunity qualification program can be generated from the Oracle CX Sales Integration app. Read more about this.
