Restricting contact fields from web data lookups

You can restrict specific contact field values from being used in web data lookups. This allows you to prevent the use of personally identifiable information (PII) in web data lookups.

To restrict contact fields from web data lookups:

1. Click Settings .
2. Click Fields & Views in the Database Setup area.
3. Expand the Contact Fields list on the Fields tab.
4. Click the contact field in the list.
5. Under Contact Field Options, click the Restrict access to this field from Web Data Lookups check box.
6. Click Save.
