You can make a copy of an email and then change it for your current campaign needs. When you copy the email, Oracle Eloqua copies the email settings and design. After you make a copy, you'll want to open the copy and make sure you configure it for your current needs.
Tip: You can also consider creating an email template instead of copying an email. Templates are an easy way to speed up your email creation process, reduce errors, and ensure consistency.
To create a copy of an email:
- Navigate to Assets , then click Emails.
- Search for the email you want to copy.
- Right-click the email and select Copy.
The copied email appears with the word Copy appended to the name. The copied email has a DRAFT status.
- Open the copy and make the changes you need.
