Searching for emails

To find an email:

  1. Navigate to Assets An image of the Assets icon, which is represented by a black pencil., then click Emails.
  2. Oracle Eloqua provides several ways to find an email:

    • Search for emails by email name or subject line.

    • Use the available pre-defined filters:
      • Recently Accessed
      • All Files
      • Created by Me
      • Recently Modified
    • For more advanced filtering, use the Filters tool. You can access it from All Files or from some of the pre-defined filters. You can then use the advanced filters to by date, user, status or type.
