Viewing external activity on contact records

To view external activity on a contact record:

  1. Navigate to Audience An image of the Audience icon., then click Contacts.
  2. Locate your contact. Learn more about searching for contacts.
  3. Double-click the contact to open the Edit Contact menu.
  4. Click the Activity Log tab.

If the external asset and external activities related to this contact have been correctly uploaded, then you can see that data in the Activity Log.
