Step 5: Saving your dashboard's customizations
After you've saved your dashboard and have run it, you may wish to save a different customization for the prompt. For example, if you use the prompt to filter for a certain campaign name, you can save this customization, and apply it later. The default view for the prompt will reflect the configurations from Step 3: Adding dashboard prompts.
To save a dashboard's customization:
- Open your dashboard in Run mode.
- Configure the prompts and clicking Apply.
- Click
Page Options > Save Current Customization.The Save Current Customization dialog opens.
Note: If you would like agents that you set up to use this customization, check the Make this my default for this page box. Otherwise, the agent sends using the default customization from step 3.
- Give the customization a name, then click OK.
- When you return to your dashboard, click Page Options > Apply Saved Customization to run the dashboard with your customization.
