Viewing visitor notification history

The Visitor Notification - History page displays the different visitor notifications that a specific Oracle Eloqua user has set up, and it allows you to view the historical details for those visitor notifications. Note that only visitors whose visit has expired will be shown on this page. Learn more about visitor notifications.

Note: Oracle Eloqua stores visitor notification history for 760 days from a notification's Send Date.

To view the history for a visitor notification that a specific user receives:

  1. Click Settings An image of the Settings menu icon, which is represented by a black cog. > Users.
  2. In the Users tab, click beside a user.

  3. Select Visitor Notifications from the drop-down.

    The Visitor Email Notifications page opens, and you will see the list of notifications that this user receives.

  4. Click beside one of the notifications, then click Show History.

  5. Configure the Start Date and End Date to see a different time span for the notification history.

    The list of visitors during your selected time frame is displayed.

  6. (Optional) Click Filter to filter the visitors.
  7. (Optional) Click Export to either print the report or export it to Excel.

    Using this notification history report, you can gain further insight into a visitor's activity on your website, that visitor's profile, and their email history, if applicable.
