An Overview of Infinity Home
Upon signing into Oracle Infinity, you’ll land on the Infinity Home dashboard. As you navigate to various Infinity features, you can also return to the Home dashboard by opening the navigation menu in the upper- left corner of your Infinity screen, then clicking Home at the top of the menu.
All Infinity users will have access to the Infinity Home dashboard; however, the content you see on the dashboard is tailored to you based on your user rights and the features available to you.
The Infinity Home dashboard presents the following sections:
- Setup
The Setup card presented on the Home dashboard allows you to carousel through the types of setups you’ll need to complete to take full advantage of the Infinity features available to you. These cards will guide you through the initial setup of these features to help you get started quickly.
- Opportunities
Opportunity cards provide guidance about the marketing objectives you can enable with Infinity. Each card provides insights and easy-to-follow steps to help you configure the actions you want to take. Learn more about opportunities.
- Activity
The Activity cards help you navigate to the features available to you. Note that you will only see Activity cards for the features you have user rights to access. If you have set up actions or connections, the respective cards below will display the following information:

Actions: Total number of actions, events, and errors. Data on the top actions will display.

Connections: Total number of connections and the number of connection errors. The number of connections for each Oracle product and their status will display.

Recommendations: Total number of inventory items, the number of services, and the number of inventory errors. The inventory import schedule will display.

- What's New
The What’s New card will notify you of new features and other product updates that have recently been released.
