Site settings

Site settings are reusable settings that are available for use in all campaigns on your site.

These settings include:

  • Site pages: Website pages where you run tests and trigger scripts. See an overview of site pages, and to create a site page, see adding a site page.
  • Site actions: Metrics that measure the effectiveness of your campaigns. For example, a visitor completing a purchase, signing up for a newsletter or clicking a button. See an overview of actions, and to create an action, see Adding a Site Action.
  • Site scripts: Snippets of JavaScript code to that you add to your website, for example, to track purchase confirmation. Read more about site scripts.
  • Personalization criteria: Custom visitor attributes that you can use for campaign targeting, and to filter reports.
  • Site mappings: Link site settings such as actions and scripts to the Oracle Maxymiser site page that will trigger the site setting. Read more about mappings.
  • Site browser rules: The approved list of browsers for all campaigns, to show or hide campaigns from visitors based on the generic and mobile browsers that they use. See Browser Inclusion/ Exclusion for more information.
