Creating a preview URL to share a variant preview

You can share campaign experiences with anyone, even if they are not an Oracle Maxymiser user.

For each experience in your campaign (each variant in an A/B campaign or each combination of variants in an MVT campaign), you can use the preview URL feature to allow others to view this experience in Oracle Maxymiser's sandbox environment without them having to log in to Oracle Maxymiser.

A Preview URL is not a replacement for QA tool. The QA tool is the best way to test and verify your campaign to ensure it will run and track actions correctly.

Generating a preview URL:

  1. Go to the Preview tab of the campaign.
  2. Select the campaign experience you want to share.
  3. Click Preview to generate and share a URL to this experience. The URL will expire after 30 days.

Generating multiple preview URLs

  1. Go to the Overview tab of the campaign.
  2. Select the Share Experience icon () located within the Campaign Content widget.

    3. All preview URLs for the campaign will be generated and displayed within the dialog.

Exporting preview URLs

  1. To export all Preview URLs to a CSV file, go to the Overview tab of the campaign.
  2. Select the Share Experience icon () located within the Campaign Content widget.
  3. Wait for all URLs to load and then click Export.

Preview URLs are generated for the default preview URL. You can navigate to a different page within the Preview tab and return to this dialog to update the Preview URLs.
