List Health Dashboard

The List Health dashboard trends the size of your contacts list by day, week, and month. The dashboard is available only for the Email channel.

The dashboard does not show data for the current week. A week is defined Monday to Sunday.

To open the List Health dashboard

Click from any page in Responsys Express.
Click Insights. This opens a new web browser tab or window and signs you in to the Oracle BI Interactive Dashboards - Analytics page.
Select the List Analysis tab.

Charts on this dashboard

Cumulative List Trends - Shows the cumulative values at the end of the month, week, or day. For a deeper analysis of the trend at a specific point, click the point to drill down to the metrics that contribute towards the trend. To select metrics you want to see, select the metrics from the drop down list.
Additions and Deletions to List Size - Shows the number of recipients added to and deleted from your contacts at the end of the month, week, or day. For a deeper analysis of the trend at a specific point, click the point to drill down to the metrics that contribute towards the trend.
List Health Metrics - Provides a tabular view of all contacts list health metrics.
