Signing in to Responsys Express
Once your administrator has created your Responsys Express user profile, you will receive an email with your username and a link to set a new password the first time you sign in.
Note: When your user account is first created, you will also receive an email to set your password for Oracle Content Management. This Oracle Content Management account allows you to access Assets in Responsys Express.
There are two methods of signing in to Responsys Express:
- Signing in to Responsys Express directly using your Responsys Express credentials
- Signing in to Responsys Express using Single Sign-On
Note: If you are not familiar with your credentials (Username and Password), please contact your Responsys Express administrator.

Signing in to Responsys Express using Single Sign-On
Before you can sign in to Responsys Express using this option, Single Sign-On (SSO) must be configured. Once configured, you can sign in using your Company Name and Identify Provider information.
To sign in to Responsys Express using Single Sign-On:
- Navigate to the web address sent in your "welcome" email.
- Click Sign in with SSO or another account.
- Enter your Company Name, then click Sign In.
- Select your Identity Provider from the drop-down.
- Click Sign In.

Note: If your company uses SSO to log in to Responsys Express, your system administrator can also enable a post-logout website redirection to the desired login area. By default, a session timeout or logout from Responsys Express returns you to the standard Responsys Express login page. Enabling a post-logout redirection can help to avoid any confusion for users who would otherwise sign in elsewhere using SSO.
