Responsys Express allows you to review, manage, and update your data as needed.
Manage your data model
Use the Data Management page to configure and manage your data model. The Responsys Express data model comes with a default set of attribute groups and attributes that allow you to effectively manage your data.
If the default data model doesn't fully meet the needs of your organization, you can create custom attribute groups and attributes. Please note that before deciding to create new attribute groups and attributes, it is important to fully review the existing data model to ensure none of them can be reused.

Viewing your data
With the Data Viewer, you can easily view contact data across attribute groups and manually upload individual contacts. You can also create and manage proof groups and their data.

Proof groups provide a reusable group of test recipients, so that you can quickly select recipients to send a proof. Sending a proof lets you see how your message looks before you use it in a campaign. For example, you can validate that the variants and personalization attributes work as intended.

Importing and exporting data
Responsys Express allows you to seamlessly transfer data using Connect jobs.
Importing data using Connect jobs
You can import data in attribute groups using import jobs. You can configure these import tasks to your specific needs so that Responsys Express automatically runs these jobs on a regular schedule or they run manually as needed.
Exporting data using Connect jobs
Export jobs allow you to send data out of Responsys Express.
Managing import and export jobs
Manage and monitor the jobs you create on the All jobs and Group jobs pages. You can also create groups of jobs.
