Selecting attributes for personalization

If you are using our personalization scripting language, then you need to select data attributes to use when you personalize the message.

To select a data attribute:

1. Click Manage Attributes in the attributes list menu.

   

2. Click Add Attribute above the list of attributes. Attributes belonging to the Basic Profile and Customer attribute groups will be listed.

3. Select the attributes to be used in the personalization scripts.
