Personalizing messages
You can personalize an email's subject line or message using an attribute. For example, add a subscriber's first name, last name, membership status, customer number, and so on.
To personalize a message:
- Select the Personalization Token
in the Message Designer.
- Select the attribute(s) from the right panel and drag-and-drop it on to the message canvas.
