Secondary Account - Converting to a Branded Domain

Important: This feature is only available if it is enabled for your account.

Use the Convert to branded domain page to convert a secondary AFTM account to a branded domain and to manage SSL Certificates for the secondary domain.

To convert a secondary account to a branded domain:

  1. From the side navigation bar, select Account . (If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the Menu button (aka Hamburger menu) icon.)
  2. Select Secondary account settings, and then select Branded domain conversion.

    The Convert to branded domain page opens.

  3. In Delegated Secondary Domain, type the branded domain name.

    For example mycompany.com

  4. In From address user name, type user name to use as the default 'from' user.

    For example, if you type 'admin', the From address will be 'admin@mycompany.com'.

  5. In Notification email, type the email address to receive a notification when the conversion is complete.
  6. Click Submit.

    The account administrator and notification email address will receive a notification when branded domain delegation is complete.

After conversion is complete, we will create the new from email address, and an Oracle Responsys-hosted reply-to address using the branded domain. You can then add and edit your SSL Certificates for the secondary account using the Manage SSL Certificate page.
