Editing a brand

Important: This feature is only available if Multi-brand is enabled for your account.

Use the Brand management page to edit your brands. Learn more about Working with multi-brand accounts

To edit a brand:

  1. Navigate to Account > Brand management. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)
  2. Click An image of the Edit icon for the brand you want to edit.
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To change the brand or brand code name, click in the Details panel, enter the new name, then click Save.

      The brand name identifies the brand in Oracle Responsys. It is not visible to you recipients. The brand code is used internally for data.

    • To add From and Reply-to addresses, select the Email panel, then click Add.

      Note: You can add addresses only after conversion to the branded domain is complete. After the address is added, you cannot delete or change it. Additionally, if you add several addresses, marketers will be able to select the address they want for each campaign launch.
