Downloading Email Message Footers
Navigation (for Account Administrators only): Select 
Account on the side navigation bar. Select Email footer management, and then select Download footer. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.) Follow the instructions provided on the pages.
To download the current HTML and text footers used in your email messaging, click Download and save the resulting Zip file to your desktop.
