Mapping Reply-to Addresses for Secondary AFTM Accounts

Navigation (for Account Administrators only): Select The Account icon Account on the side navigation bar. Select Secondary AFTM account setting, and then select Automatic Reply-to addresses mapping or Reply-to-addresses management. (Not seeing these choices? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)

Reply-to addresses allow for automatic distribution of recipient email replies to a specific email address that you define.

About the Secondary Reply-to address options:

  • Reply-to-addresses management: Select this option to access the Reply-to addresses management page, on which you can add and edit customer hosted reply-to addresses for the secondary AFTM account.
  • Automatic Reply-to addresses mapping : Select this option to access the Automatic Reply-to address mapping page, on which you can map the Responsys reply-to addresses for the secondary AFTM account to a real email address.

While there can only be one reply-to address for each campaign, you may define several different addresses to choose from at the point any campaign is launched.

Note: This feature is applicable only when an account administrator clicks Cannot Edit Reply-to Address for a specified user.
