Map Reply-to Addresses to Real Addresses

As the software processes email coming to its hosted addresses, messages that need to be forwarded will be sent to the corresponding real addresses you specify here.

Messages sent to addresses that aren't mapped here will be forwarded to your account's default reply-to address.

Important: If instead of the primary account, you are mapping reply-to addresses for the secondary AFTM account, see Mapping Reply-to Addresses for Secondary AFTM Accounts.

To manage customer hosted reply-to addresses:

  1. From the side navigation bar, select Account . (If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the Menu button (aka Hamburger menu) icon.)
  2. Select Campaign management, and then select Reply-to addresses. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)

    Important: For Oracle Responsys accounts created after the 18B Update, please select Brand Management to configure your customer-hosted reply-to addresses.

  3. Add additional reply-to addresses.
  4. When finished, click Save.
