Oracle Responsys apps
Oracle Responsys apps let you integrate with various external systems when creating programs and campaign messages. Apps include services that you add to the program canvas or to campaign messages as you would any other element. Apps are developed by Oracle Marketing Apps and by other partners and developers.
Apps provide the following services when added to the program orchestration canvas:
- Action Services: When enactments enter a program, Oracle Responsys calls out the external system to tell it to perform the action. For example, users can create a run a program in Responsys that includes a Facebook Custom Audience stage, which orchestrates their multichannel communications with Facebook Ads by adding to or removing recipients from Facebook Custom Audiences.
Oracle Cloud Marketplace
You can search for and install new apps from the Oracle Cloud Marketplace. The Marketplace contains apps developed by Oracle Marketing Apps as well as by other partners and developers.
Tip: To show only Oracle Responsys apps in Oracle Marketplace, click the Products menu. Choose Applications (SaaS), then choose CX | Oracle Marketing. Select the B2C Marketing (Responsys) check box to filter the results.
