Understanding Predictive CLV PET fields

In this topic, you'll learn about the columns in a Predictive CLV profile extension table (see also Additional topics for understanding Predictive CLV). You can view Predictive CLV PETs and filters by navigating to The Folders icon Folders, or The Lists icon Data> Profile Lists.

Column name Definition
RIID_ Oracle Responsys recipient ID for the profile.
CLV_REVENUE_PERSONA The persona a recipient belongs to based on the predictive CLV of the recipient. The personas are 'High spenders,' 'Medium spenders,' 'Low spenders,' 'Non spenders,' and 'Unlikely to spend again.'
CLV_REVENUE_PERSONA_DEFINITION The range of predictive CLV for the persona that the recipient belongs to. For instance, if the recipient belongs to the 'Low spenders' persona, this field might show a range of $1 to $1,000 for that persona.
CLV_TIME_PERSONA The persona a recipient belongs to based on the predictive purchase lifetime of the recipient. The personas are 'Long term spenders,' 'Medium term spenders,' and 'Short term spenders.'
CLV_TIME_PERSONA_DEFINITION The range for the predictive purchase lifetime for the persona that the recipient belongs to. For instance, if the profile belongs to the 'Short term spenders' persona, this field might show a range of 135 to 1,000 days for that persona.
FIRST_PURCHASE_DATE First purchase date of the profile.
HISTORY_PURCHASE_LIFETIME The range between a profile's first and latest purchase.
HISTORY_REVENUE_12_M Total historical revenue for the recipient over the last 12 months.
HISTORY_REVENUE_3_M Total historical revenue for the recipient over the last 3 months.
HISTORY_REVENUE_6_M Total historical revenue for the recipient over the last 6 months.
HISTORY_REVENUE_LIFETIME Total historical revenue for the recipient over all of the customer's purchase lifetime.
LAST_PURCHASE_DATE Latest purchase date of a recipient.
PREDICT_AVG_SPEND_PER_TRANS The average amount predicted per transaction.
PREDICT_PURCHASE_LIFETIME How long (in days) a profile is predicted to remain a paying customer.
PREDICT_REVENUE_12_M Total predictive revenue for the recipient over a 12-month forecast period. (PREDICT_AVG_SPEND_TRANS * PREDICT_TRANS_12_MON)
PREDICT_REVENUE_3_M Total predictive revenue for the recipient over a 3-month forecast period. (PREDICT_AVG_SPEND_TRANS * PREDICT_TRANS_3_MON)
PREDICT_REVENUE_6_M Total predictive revenue for the recipient over a 6-month forecast period. (PREDICT_AVG_SPEND_TRANS * PREDICT_TRANS_6_MON)
PREDICT_REVENUE_LIFETIME Total predictive revenue for the recipient over the recipient's predicted purchase lifetime. (PREDICT_AVG_SPEND_TRANS * PREDICT_TRANS_LIFETIME)
PREDICT_TRANS_12_M Predicted number of transactions over the 12-month forecast period.
PREDICT_TRANS_3_M Predicted number of transactions over the 3-month forecast period.
PREDICT_TRANS_6_M Predicted number of transactions over the 6-month forecast period.
PREDICT_TRANS_LIFETIME Predicted number of transactions over the profile's predicted purchase lifetime.
CREATED_DATE_ The date on which the CLV PET was created.
MODIFIED_DATE_ The last date that the profile was updated in the CLV PET.
