Enforcing Audience Access Control

Important: This feature is available only if it is enabled for your account.

Use the Collaboration Settings page to enable Audience Access control. If enabled, your Targeting by Organization policy will be used in the Scheduled Filter and Get Audience activity in Program, and in email campaigns.

To enforce Audience Access control:

  1. From the side navigation bar, select Account . (If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the Menu button (aka Hamburger menu) icon.)
  2. Select Collaboration settings, and then select Targeting by organization. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)
  3. From the Collaboration Settings page, select Enforce Audience Access Control.
  4. Click Save.
