App Developer Console
The App Developer Console enables app developers a quick and easy way to add and manage their apps and platforms in Responsys. You can manage both Mobile apps and Web Push apps.
Log in to the App Developer Console
The App Developer Console is accessed through your web browser. When the Responsys Account Administrator creates your user in Responsys, you will receive an automated email that provides you with the login URL and account credentials. Your user name is included in the greeting ("Dear username") and the login URL and temporary password are included in the message body.
Note: When the login page displays in the web browser, the cursor is placed in the Username field, but its label does not show when the cursor is in the field. Type the user name in the field without a label, and then tab to the Password field and type the temporary password. You will be prompted to change the password after your first login.
If this is your first time logging in, the page displays a welcome message and a Get started by adding your app icon. Otherwise, the system displays the Manage apps page.
Logging out of the App Developer Console
When you are ready to log out, click the icon in the upper right corner to display the menu, and then select Sign Out.
Manage Your Account
You can manage your Responsys account settings. From the Manage apps page, click the Responsys navigation icon to display the menu, and then select Account.
The Account Management page is displayed. You can use the links on this page to change your password, view password requirements, set your locale, and view the Oracle privacy policy.
To change your password: Click the Change password link. A Change Password dialog is displayed. Enter the old password, new password, and re-enter the new password to confirm the change. Click the Change button to save your change, or click Cancel to close the dialog without saving.
To set your locale: Click the Set user locale link. A Set User Locale dialog is displayed. Select a language from the list. Click the Save button to save your change, or click Cancel to close the dialog without saving.
