Managing Audience Scope Records

Important: This option is available only if Organizational Access Control and Targeting by Organization are enabled for your account.

After you import an Audience Scope file, you can search, view, and map the RIID to an audience scope code.

To view or edit a record:

  1. From the side navigation bar, select Account . (If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the Menu button (aka Hamburger menu) icon.)
  2. Select Collaboration settings, and then select Audience scope records. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)
  3. From the Audience scope records page, select a Profile List.

    The table shows all records for the profile list you selected.

    Tip: To locate a specific record by RIID or Email Address, select the field to Search By, enter your search criteria, and then click Search.

  4. To edit a record:
    1. Locate the record and click to open the Edit dialog.
    2. Select a different Audience scope code or Status or both.
    3. Click Save.
